ABOUT MERA SONA

Mera Sona means “My Gold” in Hindi—a name that reflects the people and values I hold most dear.

This company is a love letter to my parents. My father, a neonatologist, devoted his life to caring for newborns, teaching me the importance of health, intention, and deep care. My mother was an artist who made everything around her more beautiful, instilling in me a love for color, creativity, and thoughtful detail.

I began Mera Sona by crafting a whole-body support supplement for my two beloved cocker spaniels, Koko and Sazi. They’ve been thriving on it for over eight years, and in 2021, I began sharing my organic creations with friends and family. The response was incredibly encouraging.

Then, in the early days of motherhood during the stillness of the pandemic, Mera Sona started to grow. As I blended baby food, created cloth-safe diaper creams, and freeze-dried vibrant cubes of nourishment for my daughter, I realized I was making more than just food—I was carrying forward a legacy of love, wellness, and beauty.

Today, Mera Sona offers nourishing, shelf-stable products for pets and people alike—crafted with high-quality ingredients, vibrant colors, and the care that only comes from making something for the ones you love most. Whether you’re nourishing your child, your pup, or yourself, my hope is that you’ll feel the heart behind every product.
